Yes. Share its contact and booking instructions so the supplier can prepare the agreed packing and handover details.
Do you arrange door-to-door shipping?
It may be possible through a freight partner depending on the product and destination. The actual service provider, route, price and import responsibilities must be confirmed for the order.
What if equipment needs special loading?
Dimensions, lifting points, crate design, loading and securing requirements should be checked with the factory and freight specialists before a shipment is booked.
