FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions
What products do you specialize in?+
My core sourcing lanes include solar and energy products, industrial machinery, overhead cranes, warehouse racking, stainless steel products and steel structure buildings. I also assess consumer goods and custom products from a product brief, quantity and destination. You do not need to find a matching category before contacting me.
How do you ensure quality?+
I verify suppliers, confirm specifications, coordinate samples and inspections, and review packing and shipping documents. The exact quality plan is matched to the product and order.
How do I track my project?+
You communicate directly with Aaron on WhatsApp or email. I keep supplier questions, quotations, production updates and shipping details clear.
Can you help with sustainability and ethical sourcing?+
Yes. When relevant, I can review supplier certificates, material claims, environmental requirements and social-compliance documents, then flag anything that still needs independent verification.
What makes Sourcing With Aaron different?+
You communicate directly with Aaron from the first requirement through supplier comparison, production follow-up and shipping. The service stays practical, transparent and tailored to your project.
How do we start?+
Click “Get a free sourcing quote” or contact Aaron on WhatsApp to book a free initial consultation. We’ll clarify your product requirements, quantities, target market, timeline and priorities, then outline practical next steps for supplier research, quotation comparison, quality control and shipping.
Can you work with our current suppliers?+
Yes. I can follow up with your existing suppliers, compare quotations, coordinate inspections and support shipping without replacing a supplier you already trust.
How do we charge the sourcing agent fees?+
We offer two engagement options: 1. Agent Model — Sourcing With Aaron acts as your China-side sourcing office, supporting product development, factory sourcing, order follow-up, quality control and logistics coordination. A transparent service fee is agreed according to your expected purchasing volume and working scope, with Aaron acting as the central point of contact. 2. Vendor Model — We quote a unit price that already includes the sourcing service. This option is often more flexible for first orders or product testing. For consistent, long-term purchasing, the Agent Model usually offers greater transparency and long-term cost efficiency. For new or trial products, the Vendor Model offers more initial flexibility.
