CHINA SOURCING AGENT SERVICE
I’m Aaron, an independent sourcing agent based in Hebei. I help overseas buyers find and compare suppliers across China, from retail goods to technical products, then coordinate the quality, production and shipping steps we agree on. Hebei’s industrial supply network is a strength, not a limit on what you can source.
WHY WORK WITH AARON
Start with the product you need, not a fixed category or a list of unverified factory names.
Discuss your requirement, compare options and follow agreed actions with one contact based in China.
Review materials, included scope, price, lead time and delivery terms before choosing a supplier.
For retail orders, compare minimum quantities, samples and packaging. For industrial orders, check drawings, grades and test records. Hebei is a supply strength, not a sourcing limit.
WHAT YOU CAN REVIEW
Compare factories against the same product brief, then agree who checks what and who approves each step. Retail orders may need sample and packaging approval; industrial orders may need drawings, material grades and test documents. A supplier shortlist, document review and independent factory inspection are separate services, not automatic promises.
| Stage | Deliverables to agree | Buyer decision |
|---|---|---|
| Requirement review | A written specification, open questions, destination requirements and the assumptions used for supplier enquiries. | Approve the brief and identify requirements that need the local installer or engineer to confirm. |
| Supplier comparison | Relevant supplier options, itemized quotations, scope differences, lead times and document or capability questions. | Select the supplier and approve the specification, price and commercial terms. |
| Production and quality | The agreed progress updates, sample or test evidence, inspection method, acceptance criteria and unresolved issue list. | Approve samples or changes and make the dispatch decision using the agreed evidence. |
| Packing and dispatch | Packing lists, labels, document requirements and supplier-forwarder coordination within the agreed delivery scope. | Confirm the Incoterm, destination arrangements and who is responsible for transport and local work. |
Prepare with the Chinese supplier verification checklist, the quotation comparison guide and the pre-shipment inspection checklist.
HOW IT WORKS
Start with the information you have. Missing details are identified before comparable quotations are requested.
Share the product name, photos or drawings, quantity, destination and target timeline.
I identify missing specifications, compliance points and the questions suppliers must answer.
Suitable factory offers are organized by technical scope, price, lead time, quality and delivery terms.
After you choose the direction, I follow the agreed production, quality and shipping actions.
TRANSPARENT ENGAGEMENT
The service structure is discussed before the project starts, so the role, scope and commercial basis are clear.
Sourcing With Aaron acts as your China-side sourcing office. A transparent service fee is agreed according to the expected purchasing volume and working scope.
I quote a unit price that already includes the sourcing service. This can be more flexible for a first order or a product test.

A sourcing agent can help define the buying requirement, research suitable factories, compare quotations, coordinate samples and quality checks, follow production and organize shipping details. The exact scope should be agreed before work starts.
Yes. I work from product briefs for retail goods, custom products and industrial requirements across China. Being based in Hebei gives me particular familiarity with steel products, components and machinery, but sourcing is not limited to these categories.
Yes. I can follow up with an existing supplier, compare its offer with other options, coordinate inspections and support packing or shipping without replacing a supplier you trust.
Yes. Send the quotation, product drawing or specification, quantity, destination and delivery terms. I can help identify differences in configuration, included items, quality evidence, packing, support and separately quoted costs. There is no single fee for every project. The Agent Model uses a transparent service fee based on expected purchasing volume and working scope. The Vendor Model includes the sourcing service in the quoted unit price. The scope is confirmed before work begins.
Send the product name, photos or drawings, specifications, quantity, destination country, target timeline and any required standards or certificates. If some details are missing, I will identify the next information needed.
